OMR PERFUMER offers artisanal fragrance products created in limited quantities. By purchasing through this website, the customer confirms that the information provided during checkout is accurate and that the customer is legally capable of completing the transaction.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions when reasonably necessary to reflect operational, regulatory, safety, commercial or legal requirements. The version published on the website at the relevant time shall apply, subject always to applicable mandatory law.

Our fragrances are artisanal compositions created using combinations of natural and synthetic aromatic materials.

Due to the nature of artisanal perfumery and the use of certain natural materials, minor variations in colour, clarity, sediment, aroma, appearance or development between batches may occur. Such natural variations do not necessarily indicate deterioration or a manufacturing defect.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the individual product packaging, OMR PERFUMER fragrances are supplied and recommended for external fragrance use on clothing only.

Customers are advised to spray the fragrance onto suitable clothing from an appropriate distance and to avoid direct application to the skin.

The product should not be applied to the face, eyes, lips, mouth, mucous membranes, wounds, irritated skin or other sensitive areas.

Use of a product in a manner inconsistent with these instructions is undertaken at the user's own risk, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Fragrance materials, natural extracts, resins, oils, colour-bearing materials and other ingredients may react differently with different fabrics.

Customers should first test the fragrance on a small, discreet area of the garment.

Extra care should be taken with silk, leather, suede, delicate textiles, light-coloured fabrics, jewellery and treated materials.

OMR PERFUMER cannot guarantee that a fragrance will be compatible with every fabric or material.

Fragrance products contain aromatic substances and should be used responsibly and in a well-ventilated environment.

Individuals who have asthma, respiratory sensitivity, known fragrance sensitivity, allergies or any medical condition that may be affected by fragrances or airborne aromatic substances should avoid using the product unless they have determined with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional that such use is suitable for them.

If inhalation of the fragrance causes coughing, wheezing, shortness of breath, dizziness, headache, irritation or other discomfort, discontinue use immediately and move to an area with fresh air. Seek appropriate medical assistance where symptoms are significant or persistent.

Individual responses to fragrance ingredients vary. The absence of a previous reaction to perfumes or fragrance materials does not guarantee that sensitivity will never occur.

Discontinue use if irritation, discomfort, unusual sensitivity or an adverse reaction occurs.

Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice or a representation that a fragrance is suitable for any particular medical condition.

Although our fragrances are recommended for use on clothing only, accidental contact with skin may occur.

If irritation or discomfort develops following accidental contact, discontinue exposure and wash the affected area appropriately. If symptoms persist or are severe, obtain appropriate medical advice.

Avoid contact with the eyes.

In the event of accidental eye contact, rinse carefully with clean water and seek appropriate medical attention where irritation continues or circumstances otherwise warrant it.

Fragrance products are not for consumption.

Do not swallow, taste, drink or intentionally place the product inside the mouth.

In the event of accidental ingestion, seek appropriate medical advice or emergency assistance and provide the product packaging or ingredient information where available.

Do not induce vomiting unless instructed to do so by an appropriately qualified medical professional.

Products should be kept out of the reach of children.

Fragrance bottles, caps, pumps, packaging and their contents are not toys and should not be handled or used by children without appropriate adult supervision.

Customers who are pregnant, breastfeeding, receiving medical treatment, taking medication, or who have a condition that may involve sensitivity to fragrances should seek appropriate professional advice where they have concerns regarding fragrance exposure.

OMR PERFUMER does not provide medical diagnosis or medical advice.

Many fragrance products contain alcohol and are therefore flammable.

Keep the product away from flames, cigarettes, candles, burners, sparks, excessive heat and other ignition sources.

Do not spray towards or near an open flame or ignition source.

Do not intentionally heat, burn, puncture or otherwise misuse fragrance containers.

Use fragrance in a reasonably ventilated area.

Avoid intentionally inhaling concentrated fragrance mist or spraying directly towards the face.

Excessive spraying in small, enclosed or poorly ventilated spaces is not recommended.

For best product stability, store fragrance upright in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, flames and substantial temperature fluctuations.

Do not leave fragrance for prolonged periods inside excessively hot vehicles or other high-temperature environments.

Improper storage may affect the fragrance's colour, appearance, evaporation, stability or olfactory characteristics.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, fragrance notes, concentration information, photographs and other product information accurately.

Fragrance descriptions and note listings are intended to communicate the artistic and olfactory character of a composition. Individual perception of fragrance is subjective, and the customer's perception may differ from the description.

Descriptions such as woody, smoky, sweet, oud, coffee, floral, leathery or similar terminology describe an olfactory impression and do not necessarily mean that the named natural material is physically present unless specifically stated.

Certain products may contain natural aromatic materials whose characteristics can vary according to origin, harvest, extraction, storage and other natural factors.

Accordingly, limited batch-to-batch differences may occur in colour, odour profile, intensity or appearance.

These characteristics form part of the nature of small-batch and artisanal fragrance production, provided that the product otherwise complies with applicable requirements.

Longevity, projection, diffusion and perceived strength vary according to numerous factors, including environment, climate, temperature, humidity, fabric, quantity applied and individual perception.

Any discussion of longevity, strength, projection or performance is therefore descriptive and does not constitute a guarantee of identical performance for every customer.

All orders are subject to acceptance, product availability and successful payment.

OMR PERFUMER reserves the right, where legally permitted, to decline or cancel an order in cases including suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect pricing, technical error, inventory discrepancy, shipping restrictions or other legitimate operational or legal reasons.

Where payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the appropriate refund will be processed in accordance with applicable law and the payment method's processing requirements.

Prices displayed on the website are those applicable at the time of purchase, subject to correction of genuine technical or obvious pricing errors to the extent permitted by law.

Taxes, delivery charges, customs duties or other applicable charges will be displayed or communicated where required and reasonably possible.

International customers are responsible for understanding any import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination jurisdiction unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout.

Customers ordering outside the United Arab Emirates are responsible for ensuring that the product can lawfully be imported, possessed and received in the destination country.

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, carrier restrictions, dangerous-goods requirements applicable to alcohol-based fragrances, duties, taxes or delays beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that a customer may have under mandatory consumer laws applicable to a transaction.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

OMR PERFUMER is not responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for additional costs or delivery problems resulting directly from materially incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Estimated delivery periods are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise and may be affected by carriers, customs procedures, weather, regulatory inspections and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are encouraged to inspect the parcel promptly after delivery.

Where a product arrives damaged, leaking, materially incorrect or apparently defective, please contact OMR PERFUMER within the period specified in our Returns & Refund Policy and provide the order information and reasonable photographic or video evidence where requested.

This clause does not limit any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer protection law.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our published Returns & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Because fragrances are personal consumer products and opened products may present hygiene, integrity and resale concerns, eligibility for return may differ depending on whether the product has been opened, used, damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Products must be used reasonably and in accordance with the instructions and warnings provided on the website, packaging and accompanying materials.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OMR PERFUMER shall not be responsible for loss or damage caused solely by deliberate misuse, use contrary to clear product instructions, improper storage, unauthorised alteration, ingestion, intentional inhalation, exposure to ignition sources or other uses for which the product was not intended.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OMR PERFUMER shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control or from misuse of a product contrary to the instructions supplied.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

OMR PERFUMER products are fragrance products and are not medicines or medical treatments.

Statements describing mood, atmosphere, memories, emotions, sensations or the artistic inspiration behind a fragrance are creative or olfactory descriptions and must not be interpreted as medical or therapeutic claims.

Our fragrances are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Unless otherwise stated, the OMR PERFUMER name, branding, product names, fragrance concepts, original written content, photographs, graphics, packaging artwork and other original creative materials appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to OMR PERFUMER and are protected to the extent available under applicable intellectual-property laws.

No material may be reproduced, copied, commercially exploited or represented as belonging to another party without appropriate permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

Unauthorised copying, scraping, reproduction, commercial redistribution or misuse of original website content is prohibited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions or website errors when discovered.

Orders that reasonably appear fraudulent, abusive, unlawful or connected with unauthorised payment activity may be suspended, cancelled or referred to the relevant payment provider or competent authorities where appropriate and lawful.

These Terms and Conditions, and transactions conducted through OMR PERFUMER, shall be governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to customers in another jurisdiction.

Subject to applicable mandatory law, disputes shall fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

By completing a purchase through this website, the customer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to review these Terms and Conditions, together with the relevant product information, safety instructions, shipping terms and Returns & Refund Policy.
